One of the biggest questions we are asked is what the fee structure is.  Should you need assistance in JUST finding a renter the fee is 100% of one month's rent.  50% of that fee is charged up front.  If you are looking for full service management going forward the fee is 50% once we have found your renter and 10% monthly going forward.
